Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied, return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Product does not need to be unused or unopened. No detailed explanation required.

1. Email us at support@optimalrecoverylife.com with your order number and a note that you'd like to return.
2. We'll send confirmation and return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Ship the item back to the provided return address.
4. Once received, we'll process your refund.

Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving your return and issued to your original payment method. Allow an additional 2–3 business days to appear on your statement.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@optimalrecoverylife.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
